A quick train ride to all of Manhattan. Get to midtown in 20 minutes or under (I've done it in 12). Also, if you are out late in the city, a cab ride home is usually $15 or less.

Three steps from the Nassau Ave. G train. One stop on the G train to the L into Union Square (20 minutes), or take a nice walk through the park and down Bedford Ave. to the L train.
